BIRRIA SPECIALS
Birria is a traditional Mexican stew. We use Prime Aged Angus Beef that’s cooked with 9 different spices & chillies. The beef is separated from the beef broth (Consomme) and then shredded; ready for a Taco of your choice.
What makes Birria Tacos different? We dip the tortillas in the fatty beef broth before frying on the grill to add an extra level of richness. All Birria Specials come with Red Onions & Coriander. You can also add Pickled Pink Onions to your tacos*
Like it spicy? Why not try some of our hot salsas inside the tacos. Choose from our medium heat Salsa Picante or our fiery hot Salsa Roja.
