It all started back in 2022. Many restaurants came and went with the same old cuisine popping up. But there was one that was missing… Tacos!

That’s where we came in.

In January 2022 we launched a trial run from our humble home kitchen. To say it was popular is an under-statement. We sold out within the first hour! Since then, we’ve taken massive strides. Fast forward time, now we’re in our very own Fast Casual restaurant.

Tacos are one thing, but Birria style tacos are on a whole different level. They’re made with a labour of love and packed full of flavour. Our Tacos are made with the freshest and finest ingredients
to give you a taste of the streets of Mexico. Sabrosa literally means ‘Tasty’.
